Class begins with basic breathing techniques, and slow warm ups to get the blood flowing, lubricate the joints, warm the muscles and calm the central nervous system. Transitioning into a series of yoga poses with a strong focus on anatomical precision, alignment, and mindful teachings from an instructor skilled in language that is can be easily understood by all. Concluding with Savasana (an appropriate time for rest) to promote relaxation and well-being in the body, mind and soul. Be assured you will learn how to stay safe while building strength, balance and flexibility.
Beginners or any student interested in refining their yoga practice and/or deepening their knowledge and understanding of their body in the yoga poses.
Slow Flow Vinyasa
This class starts with a slow warm up, followed by a series of poses linked together in a dance of conscious movement that are linked with the breath to lengthen and strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve balance. Ending with a slow cool down and Savasana (an appropriate time for rest) to allow students to feel invigorated, alive and happy.
Students transitioning from beginner classes to a more advanced flow style of yoga or those interested in refining their alignment & cultivating healthier transitions to promote a yoga practice that is sustainable for a lifetime.

Meditation for Stress Relief
To effectively combat stress we need to activate the body's natural relaxation response. We can do this by practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, and yoga. Come join us for 30 minutes of bliss to wash away daily stress and offer a new perspective. This is a guided meditation incorporating some gentle yoga postures and simple breath work.
Everybody welcome, No meditation experience necessary.
Restorative Yoga
This class is designed to encourage a state of deep and complete relaxation, for many of us sleep can be ellusive and relaxation is even harder to come by. Through verbal cueing, the use of props and a soothing voice our instructors will lead you into a safe and tranquil space that promotes health and wholeness. This class will allow you to cultivate balance, nurture inner quiet, renew core energy, and reboot all the body systems.
Everybody welcome.
Ball Rolling for Myofascial Release
This class is designed to release knots of stored tension in the body by placing different sized balls between the body and the floor or wall; with the appropriate amount of pressure, time, and movement, tension begins to melts away. Fascia is a form of connective tissue that has a limited blood supply therefore it requires movement, warmth and hydration. When fascia gets tight it squeezes nerves, constricts blood flow and causes pain and stiffness in the body. The act of ball rolling breaks up adhesions in the muscle fibers which in turn increases blood flow into the tissues to aid in healing & allow you to move more freely in your daily life.
Everybody welcome
